Mamta Homes currently has a large land holding of properties at different stages of the development process throughout Ontario and Saskatchewan. As value investors, Mamta Homes looks for undervalued real estate assets in secondary markets that are often overlooked. These assets are then assessed under the lens of key factors that drive demand, including population trends, employment, proximity to amenities, and the general direction of development.

Further, we will engage third-party experts to conduct due diligence on the property, reviewing environmental, infrastructural, and municipal factors that can impact the project. Finally, our thorough process allows for us to dictate which stage to exit the project to maximize returns for our stakeholders, whether at land entitlement stage, servicing stage, or the complete project development.
