Just east of Duntroon, Highlands Nordic boasts amazing views of Georgian Bay and bountiful nature from high on the Niagara Escarpment. Discover 25 km of ski trails (which are also perfect for running and easy biking), single track trails for racing and programs, and an 8000 square foot lodge complete with cafeteria, meeting rooms, pro-shop, rentals, and more. Excellent grooming and wide trails allows for fast classic and skate ski outings.
Wasaga Beach offers some 30 kilometres of trails of rolling trails right off the road through town. Checkin at the Wasga Nordic Centre for equipment rentals, light refreshments and a chance to warm up. Expert skiers are challenged on the groomed and track set “High Dunes Trail”, or you may choose a more leisurely ski on the “Blueberry Trail”.
